1. Can I use this program after the 4 weeks?
Absolutely, the meal plans, grocery lists, and recipe book are all sent to you via pdf, so they are yours forever. You can complete the 4 week challenge as many times as you want.
2. Is the meal vegetarian/vegan?
No, this meal plan includes, meat, fish, and eggs.
3. I’m lactose intolerant, can I still do the challenge?
Yes if you switch out the Greek yogurt for a non dairy version.
4. Is the meal plan gluten free?
Yes if you switch out Ezekiel bread for gluten free bread.
5. Is the meal plan family friendly?
Depends on how your kids eat, my son would not like this as he is a picky eater. My daughter would rock this, she loves all foods, even salads. For the man in your life, just increase the serving size, since the meal plan is built for women’s serving sizes.
